Destiny Seeds

I once read of a young man who was named Ordinary, mostly because the circumstances surrounding his birth were void of colour. From his name, we could infer that his birth was not exciting. His parents would have probably consider his entrance into the world a plus to their many problems.

As though that was not enough , the name of his birth place was Familiar. There people do the usual things they are used to doing. No one dare 'rock the boat' by taking initiative for something new. 'Taking risk' is a taboo. Everyone is brought up to take things easy and play it save as much as possible. Due to the life style of these people, they end up christening themselves 'Nobodies'.

So we have Mr. Ordinary, whose home town is Familiar and having innumerable Nobodies as his home buddies. What does fate holds for him. The chances that he will end up better than his buddies is insignificant. Even if he dared to, the frown of disapproval that will confront him from home front would scare life out of him. Before him, many have attempted to break the tradition of mediocrity, but were criticized out of their gut. Exhausted, they reclined back to their comfort zone. Would you expect his to be different?

To everyone's amazement, Ordinary has a unique dream from the Dream Giver. He was deeply convinced and ready to go all out to realise it. Multitude of water in the form of disapproval, criticism, persuasion, hate etc. couldn't quench the fire of the said dream.

Before you know it, there was a commotion in Familiar, over one Ordinary who dared to defy the odd and reach for his dream. Against treats, persuasion from friends and foes, Ordinary set out to leave Familiar - his comfort zone, for the land of promise - his dream land. He embarked on what he called "My dream journey."

Up till then, no one in Familiar thought it possible to do the extraordinary and reach out of Familiar, but the uncomformimg ordinary turn out the lid. He has set a pace after which many soon followed. Many Nobodies soon left familiar in pursuit of the dream the Dream Giver placed in their heart. As it were, almost automatically, they seize to bare the name nobodies, for obviously they are now somebodies.

That is how a man born ordinary, choose an extraordinary life, became somebody and died a champion.

Can you see any similarity between you and that man named ordinary. Like him, nothing may be obviously special about you. By human assessment, you may have no predictable prospect. You could have resigned to fate after frustrations from repeated failures. You might have accessed yourself to be below ordinary. These and more may be your current reality.

However, there is a dream in your heart. That unquenchable desire place there by God - The Dream Giver- is your key to significance in life. If you will set out of your comfort zone in it pursuit, it will not be long before you realize that you are born a solution to one of many problems in this world. You will realize that you are a pace Setter, an agent of change and a blessing to this world.

The time is now! Break free from everything keeping you down. Engage the Dream Giver in an inquisitive rapport. Pay up the dept you owe God and humanity. Join us in the dream journey to the promise land.
